Apparently it’s National Margarita Day! Who knew? I love how these made up holidays pop up and give us an excuse to switch things up and celebrate something random. 

I love me a good margarita recipe, after all, my name in spanish is Margarita. Here’s my go to recipe, oh and if you don’t have any limes, lime essential oil makes a good back up option! Plus it’s amazing in the diffuser. 

Recipe: 
? 2 oz tequila
? 2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice (or store bought) 
? 2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice (or store bought) 
? If you don’t have lime juice, add 2-3 drops of lime essential oil. 
? Mix in a cocktail shaker, pour into salt rimmed glass with ice and enjoy. I topped my drink with seltzer, I like some extra fizz.
