If you are anything like me the weekends sometimes are a time of over-indulging especially when traveling.
Then Monday comes and it is time to get back on track.
My go to way to start my Monday mornings is with a smoothie bowl.
You know those beautiful bowls all over Instagram with the fun toppings on top?
If you have ever wondered how to make one of those beautiful fruit filled bowls keep reading because I am going to teach you how.
PRO TIPS FOR A THICK DELICIOUS SMOOTHIE BOWL:
1. Lots of ice in the blender
2. Use frozen fruit (a frozen banana works great)
3. Less liquid. For a smoothie bowl I do about half the liquid of a normal “drinkable” smoothie.
Here is my favorite smoothie bowl recipe
