I can’t believe that it is already September!

It’s the start of my favorite season: pumpkins, chunky sweaters, boots, fall leaves, cooler weather.

Bring on fall!!

Who loves all the fall smells?!

I used to be a yankee candle fanatic. Bed bath & beyond fall plug-ins were my JAM! It wasn’t until a few years ago when I realized my oils were an easy swap for my candles & air fresheners.

Regular scented candles bring a lot of indoor air pollution into your home and release chemicals that are considered just as dangerous as second-hand smoke. Parrafin wax (found in many candles) releases toxins the same as those found in diesel fuel fumes.

Many other chemicals released from candles can lead to respiratory distress, disrupt hormones and endocrine system, and even have links to cancer. In many cases we’re better off saying goodbye to our candles.

All you need is your diffuser and a few oils and you’re good to go. Plus a high quality essential oil, like Young Living’s, do more than just smell good. That nutmeg oil that smells like fall heaven? Also helps increase energy and support your adrenals!

Now is the time to switch those candles our for essential oils. I have created a whole list of diffuser blends that are perfect for fall.
