So I wanted to share my favorite DIY chest rub recipe!!
It’s a must have this time of year!!
Combine all of these ingredients into a glass container and store in a cool, dark place or even in the fridge to add that wonderful chill of this incredible blend!
3 tablespoons organic coconut oil
7 drops Raven *** for ages 6+
7 drops R.C.
5 drops Thieves
5 drops Eucalyptus Radiata
5 drops Peppermint
We love applying this to chest or feet in those winter months but there are so many great combos for chest rubs.
My other respiratory favorites include Breathe Again Roll-On, I keep this in my purse and especially love it before I spend time outdoors. I love having thieves cough drops on hand too!
