Maybe you’re like me… as soon as the weather gets warm, you switch to cold brew/iced coffee! I remember a summer a few years ago when I hit up my local starbucks drive through for an iced coffee every single day. Let’s just say my wallet wasn’t happy with that little addiction. I found a way to make my own cold brew at home, and it’s super easy!
FRENCH PRESS COLD BREW:
Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup freshly ground coffee to the bottom of your french press. I love Backyard Beans or La Colombe coffee.
Fill french press with COLD water.
Take a spoon and mix the coffee into the water.
Leave on kitchen counter for 12 hours at room temperature.
After 12 hours, press and strain into a glass container (I use a large mason jar) and store in refrigerator!
Would love to know how you like your coffee! Are you a creamer kinda girl? Do you like sugar in your coffee? Tag me in your stories on Instagram when you’re making your cold brew, would love to see it!
