You can expect more clarity and data on what's happening in your body, than you've ever had access to before. You can expect weekly check ins from your practitioner and you'll meet with your practitioner via zoom monthly to work through your protocol. We create a protocol based on your personal goals, symptoms, and lab results. You can expect dramatic improvements in energy, reduction in period related symptoms, better digestion, moods, sleep and more.
When you enroll, we'll send you intake forms to complete and you can request on your intake form which practitioner you want to work with. Otherwise we'll set you up with the practitioner that's the best fit for you based on your health history, symptoms and goals. Margaret is not taking on clients but reviews client labs, protocols and supports via group zoom calls.
After the program ends, you'll have the opportunity to enroll into our month to month membership where you get continued 1:1 support via chat, a monthly 1:1 zoom call, continued protocol reviews and more for $597 a month. It's basically an extension of our 1:1 program. Most of our clients work with us for 4-6 months.
Nope! You have enough on your plate. We do host monthly group calls for those that need additional support. These calls vary between Q & A style and mindset calls where we do things like journaling and nervous system related practices.
Yes! We will work with you if you are taking a GLP 1 peptide like Ozempic, Wegovy, Tirzepatide, etc. We'll help make sure you are supporting your metabolic foundations from a nutrition + mineral standpoint, digestion, and lifestyle habits like strength training, etc. We've seen tremendous results in those who choose to microdose GLP 1 peptides and have found them to be helpful lowering food noise, inflammation, while addressing the body holistically.
We don’t believe in restrictive diets or eliminating tons of foods (we love protein, fat and carbs!) HOWEVER some do need to avoid certain foods (ex. gluten or sugar) when we are working on lowering inflammation or eradicating certain pathogens in the gut. Long term, the goal is to not be on a restrictive diet that has you avoiding certain foods. You’ll get recommendations for hormone-friendly functional foods to enjoy and a handful of problematic foods to avoid. That said, depending on your unique needs, we may provide specific dietary guidelines (i.e. amount of protein/carbs to consume, low histamine diet, etc.). We share lots of ideas for you with recipes, sample meal plans, and more.
Yes! We work with clients who are pregnant or newly postpartum / breastfeeding.
As a busy woman myself, I had other busy women (like you) in mind when creating the program. Your protocol / game plan will require intention with your nutrition choices, taking supplements and incorporating certain lifestyle / detox strategies that will take no more than 30 minutes a day. We do recommend that you carve out time on a weekly basis once or twice a week to have a plan for eating, ex. prepping protein options, on the go breakfast options, making certain foods ahead to avoid overwhelm with eating.
Most of our clients are action takers, are juggling careers and children and get incredible results by implementing what they learn, taking targeted supplements, and making intentional, daily efforts to support their metabolic health.
