Insulin resistance is one of THE most overlooked root causes of fatigue, stubborn weight, cravings, brain fog, mood swings, and more. And yet…most women don’t even know it’s happening in their bodies. 

This is a common issue affecting people of all ages; more than 88 percent of Americans are considered metabolically ‘unhealthy’. Clearly, the conventional approach to treating insulin resistance just isn’t cutting it!

I’m diving into why insulin resistance is more than a blood sugar problem, subtle signs that show up for women in midlife (and are often ignored), root causes to insulin resistance, why the conventional medical approach tends to miss the mark, and more.

Just because your blood work (i.e. fasting glucose range) shows up as ‘normal’, doesn’t mean it’s optimal. Your body is sending you red flags for a reason, and it’s VITAL that you pay attention to those!
