I’m diving into what really happens to your metabolism, hormones, gut health, energy levels, and menstrual cycle when you’re chronically under-eating.
I’ve had my own experience of low appetite struggles and under-eating in the past paired with intermittent fasting. My personal ‘hormonal hot mess story’ led me to pursue functional health, and I’m now very dialed into my body and what it needs to function well every day.
