You'll receive an invitation to join our private portal called Practice Better where we'll send you intake forms to complete. Once those forms are completed we'll order your GI MAP and have it shipped to your home. We'll send you a preliminary drainage protocol to best prepare your body and help you detox better. This will include mineral support, tools to help your liver detox, assist in bowel movements, hydration and more. Once your lab results come in, we'll send you the results via recorded video w/ a written report for you to review and we'll schedule your call within 2 weeks. On the call we'll review your healing protocol including supplement recommendations, nutrition guidance and lifestyle habits to incorporate.
No, this program does not include any chat or email support. You'll have the opportunity to meet with your practitioner on a 60 minute zoom call once results come in, and then if you need more support after that you can book a follow up consult.
Yes, you can add on a hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA) for an additional $197. We can invoice you separately for that, just let us know and we'll get you set up with the HTMA.

We don’t believe in restrictive diets or eliminating tons of foods (we love protein, fat and carbs!) HOWEVER some do need to avoid certain foods (ex. gluten or sugar) when we are working on lowering inflammation or eradicating certain pathogens in the gut. Long term, the goal is to not be on a restrictive diet that has you avoiding certain foods. You’ll get recommendations for hormone-friendly functional foods to enjoy and a handful of problematic foods to avoid. That said, depending on your unique needs, we may provide specific dietary guidelines (i.e. amount of protein/carbs to consume, low histamine diet, etc.). We share lots of ideas for you with recipes, sample meal plans, and more.
Yes! We work with clients who are pregnant or newly postpartum / breastfeeding. However, there are limitations on deeper level detox protocols as certain supplements are contraindicated when pregnant or breastfeeding. It's your decision on whether or not you want to pursue testing and get answers, we'll do our best to create a protocol that is supportive for your stage of life.
As a busy woman myself, I had other busy women (like you) in mind when creating the program. Your protocol / game plan will require intention with your nutrition choices, taking supplements and incorporating certain lifestyle / detox strategies that will take no more than 30 minutes a day. We do recommend that you carve out time on a weekly basis once or twice a week to have a plan for eating, ex. prepping protein options, on the go breakfast options, making certain foods ahead to avoid overwhelm with eating.
