We’re diving into gallbladder health in today’s episode!

The gallbladder is often not thought of as an ‘important’ organ in your body, because it is something you can live without.  But, it does WAY more than you may realize! The gallbladder is very interconnected to your thyroid, hormones, and gut health, and plays a crucial role in metabolic health.

Women are actually at a 2-3 times greater risk for gallbladder disease and dysfunction, so it’s vital that we pay attention to what we’re experiencing. Regardless of what you’ve been told, the debilitating signs and symptoms you’re experiencing are NOT normal.
