In today’s episode, I’m excited to dive into one of our vital organs that doesn’t always get the attention it deserves – the liver.  The liver performs SO many key functions within the body – supporting our hormones, regulating our metabolism, supporting blood sugar and detoxing, just to name a few. 

Our liver can easily become overburdened, which is why it’s important to recognize the signs and symptoms that point to a sluggish, struggling liver. I’ll be sharing more about testing that can assess your liver health, as well as beneficial foods, supplements, and tools for you to support your liver health.
